Bols Cherry Brandy is a deep red cherry liqueur using fresh cherries from Eastern Europe, where cherry brandy has long been a tradition. The cherry's stone, its kernel, is crushed, giving Bols Cherry Brandy a faint amaretto flavour. Extracts of various selected herbs and spices produce a well balanced liqueur.

Nostalgic cherry liqueur in a cool modern bottle. Gorgeous full cherry flavour.
Absolutely delighted to find that this is still available. This was a Christmas staple when I lived near the Dutch border, 40 years ago.It hasn’t changed, this is still a lovely warming liqueur, with a true cherry flavour. If you are looking for a little winter treat, I’m told that it’s a lovely poured over ice cream.I doubt if my bottle will last that long.Not just a drink for grandmothers, if you are looking for something that packs lots of fruit flavour with a punch, this is it.

I am surprised at how weak this drink is. But it does the job and it does taste of cherry.

Won't Be Buying Again
Not a nice taste I'm afraid. Nothing really "cherry" about it, more sort of like industrial alcohol with artificial fruit flavour, bitters and sugar.
