Very pleased with this as we do a lot of travelling

For the all-in-one portability and functionality I would have given this device 5 stars, it really does the job. However, it is huge, weighty and comes in a storage/travel case that is bigger than my hairdryer! Such a shame because there are much smaller charging hubs out there

This is a really terrific product! It’s compact, versatile, and can handle charging multiple devices at once. It makes traveling easy, because i can charge my devices on the run or plugged in when i'm sleeping. It also comes with a great case that holds the pack and the adapters. The one improvement would be a soft case or pouch for traveling domestically, but otherwise i wouldn’t change a thing!

Game changer for long events!

I've taken this power bank on over 10 international trips now, and it's been super reliable every time. What I love most is how fast it charges and how easy it is to power up multiple devices at once—no need to carry a bunch of different adapters! It’s seriously made packing a lot simpler. One small thing to note: because it’s a bit heavy, it can sometimes slip out of certain wall outlets, but using a desk or floor outlet solves that easily. Overall, it’s a great product—faster, more reliable, and no overheating compared to other external batteries I’ve used. Definitely a product I’d recommend!

I love this Universal Powerpack as I can charge all my accessories at once and the charge is incredible. I also love the case and the internstional adapters as well. I’m truly content with charge it provides and I have had to use for a long period of time and satisfied with the result.

Disappointed. , I previously purchased this item in white and the charger was amazing . I purchased in black and the battery pack overheats, discharges rapidly. And fails to charge my phone with out shutting off. I am disappointed because I did not have time to seek out another replacement. I am returning the item
