The Furbo 360° Dog Camera is amazing—especially if you have a puppy, multiple dogs, or just want to spy on your pets while pretending it’s “for their safety.” The camera quality is great, the rotation is smooth, and being able to check in from my phone is incredibly reassuring. The treat toss feature is fun and actually useful… with one very important warning: do not introduce this thing with treats and the lullaby music. I repeat—do not. I made that mistake, and my five year old toy poodle spent an entire week doing nothing but staring at the camera like it was a magical vending machine that might sing and spit snacks at any moment. He stopped living his life. He waited. The lullaby paired with the bark alert that automatically launches treats? Powerful. Too powerful. We had to do an adjustment period to break the emotional attachment that formed between my dog and this camera. That said, once we recalibrated and used the features more intentionally, it became an excellent tool. It’s great for monitoring, rewarding when needed, and keeping an eye on your dogs without actually being home. Just be mindful with the lullaby and auto-treat settings unless you want a dog who believes the camera is in charge now. Bottom line: fantastic product, very smart, very effective. Just know that with great power comes great responsibility—and possibly a poodle who worships technology.

Love this product! Customer support also helpful but not often needed. Allows quick connectivity with live feed and auto tracking while my baby is home alone. Great to be able to check in on him and toss a treat or two. He learned quickly to take selfies so that the app alerts me that he’s nearby. The only problem is the treats need to be quite small but still way better treat tossing than other brands. Considering the mini for the bedroom. Especially great purchase when it’s on sale. 5 ⭐️

This is my second Furbo. The second one has the same problem as the first one, connectivity problems with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and after updating the Furbo, it's forcing you to update it. After the update, it doesn't work. The first Furbo that I had i went with the options that support gave me. I ordered the second Furbo. The second time, when Furbo stopped working after the update It worked until I updated it, and then it was forcing me to subscribe to unlock the camera called suport and that's what they told me I completely understand your frustration—having to deal with a recurring connection issue on a second device is definitely not the experience we want for you. Since your current device is outside the warranty period, I wanted to make sure you have the replacement options we talked about for your reference. I got the Furbo 360 Dog Camera along with the smaller Furbo Mini, and honestly they’ve both been a life saver. Especially when my dog recently had a bone fracture which required extra attention to make sure he wasn’t getting too active on his broken leg. I’ve been able to keep a close eye on him when I’m not in the same room or when I’m out of the house, just to make sure he’s not jumping on the couch or doing anything he’s not supposed to. The treat toss feature is surprisingly useful, it’s nice to be able to reward him or get his attention without having to walk over. The 360 camera movement is great too, being able to swivel the view and see the whole room in real time makes a huge difference compared to the static camera I was using before. Probably my favorite feature though is the Furbo Nanny which is essentially their AI features. While these features do require a subscription, it’s proven to be very useful. It detects barking, howling, or crying, and will even play calming music if it senses stress. It also recognizes what he’s doing, whether he’s getting active, resting, or hopping on the couch, and I’ll get a quick notification. Half the time I don’t even need to open the live view because the notifications are so accurate. Overall, Furbo really nailed it with these. They’re built for pet owners, not just security. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can monitor and comfort my dog from anywhere. Highly recommend it if you want to stay connected with your pet!

This is an outstanding device, absolutely love the treat tosser! It launches treats high and far, which keeps my dogs entertained. The 360° camera offers excellent coverage, and the ability to talk to your dogs remotely is incredibly reassuring. One unexpected but amazing feature is the smart alerts. I had no idea it would notify me when my dog is barking, and even better, it automatically records during those moments, so I can review the footage later. It's been a game changer for peace of mind! The only difficulty I had was setting up a UK account with the app because the default is the United States.

This camera is great! Setup is just plug and play, connect to the app and choose your subscription. The monthly subscription is very reasonable and costs the same as a streaming service. The camera tracks my pup and lets me know what he’s doing from playing to potty. The picture is superb and the treat thrower works very well. There is even a function that automatically calms your pup if he’s barking with music and treats after he stops. My dog doesn’t bark (yet) so I haven’t been able to see this in action. Definitely worth the money (I bought 2). Great device for peace of mind while your dog is home alone. Also acts as a security camera and detects people which triggers an alert to your phone. Highly recommend!
