Great for 18650 battery projects
I am a Vine reviewer who actually opens the box, really tests, really evaluates, and writes really honest unbiased reviews of products. Really.I always go back and read the advertiser description and other reviews.18650 batteries are just about my favorite things to make stuff with. I'm always making something using these versatile power sources. (and I have hundreds of 'em, so that comes in handy)I go through a lot of battery holders similar to this one, but I'm usually soldering wires to them. The screw connectors on this one will be nice for tinkering, or that final project with these bats.Like M.M. mentioned, its (probably) impossible to get a protected button cell 18650 battery into this holder. Not all 18650 bats are the same length (although they are supposed to be). I put a bit of effort into trying to get a protected button cell into one of the slots and gave up because I felt that I would have probably busted the holder if I had kept trying. I was going to ding it a star for that but realized that most of my cells are not protected anyway so it's fine.I really appreciate the soldering lugs on the rear of the holder, adds a bit of versatility to this battery box.Nice item, recommended.

Great flexible power bank
Great flexibility in capacity and voltage. This is a convenient power bank in swapping out batteries for a fresh battery bank. I like the screw connectors for a solid connection. It's a nice solid holder and includes mounting screw holes.

Good for most projects, flat top cells only
Well made with no solder issues. Board dimensions are pretty much spot on. Overall board thickness (top of batt holder to bottom of through hole pins) is about an inch. Terminals flex easily but not an issue if you hold them and don't over tighten.Holder is basically designed only for flat top 18650 cells, not button top. Leaf springs are very tight as it is. Unless you permanently flatten them, I don't see a button top 18650 fitting in the holder.Trace widths are not as large as I expected (<150mils). I am not a pcb expert, but I would guess you could still pull ~5A/6A continuously and be ok. Perfect for my projects and use case.Black mask with black terminals, silver hardware, looks slick. Great addition to my electronics parts collection. Have already thought of many uses for it. I would recommend.

Power your projects or charge cells
This 18650 battery box works as expected. Nice 18650 battery holders and PCB connection. Better than the usual alternatives with only contacts sticking out of the bottom. Simple screw terminals are nice to use and connect with.

Very well built. Only works with flat top 18650 cells.
Very well built. Only works with flat top 18650 cells. Screws are really nice with built-in washers for easy connections.

great 18650 cell battery holder with screw terminals, clear labeling, series OR parallel
This battery holder came well packaged in an electronics shielded bag. The holder itself is nice - clearly labelled with the ability to put 18650 cells in parallel or in series. The screw terminals are very helpful for solid quality connections depending on your application(s) - and the terminals are clearly marked too.

Apply your own configuration to the cell pattern to extend power on RC and robotic builds
This battery box is flexible in cell pattern due to the screw terminals on the front of the box. The plastic is of thicker material with metal contacts, but does not contain an integral cover so using it requires some fore thought in managing the proper anchoring of the cells. The 3.7 volt cells fit perfectly and were tightly held by the contacts. Great functionality in a battery box for robotics and RC.

4 Cell 18650 Series-Parallel DIY Li Battery Box Power Bank Cases Battery Slot Holder Storage Case
Good for special projects. You don't need to use all the slots, but it would have been nice if you could essentially separate the individual sockets. That would have been ideal for using it with one or two cells. Note that each cell is separated in the circuitry itself. So if you want to wire in parallel or series, you need to do it yourself. I like the fact that the terminal connections are screw type, thus making a solid connection.
