I read the entire book cover to cover and every word in 3 weeks, After and during reading this I felt compelled to look at the games, their availability and cost. The selection of games and genres covered are quite diverse. I was interested in the development of the games with the personalities and the target aims and what the individuals and or teams were striving to achieve. The book does provide a great insight on how the game builds up and the amount of time, effort and skill involved to the finished product and the updates that may follow post release. If you have the correct platform it leaves one feeling with the desire to try some of the games yourself and perhaps explore different territories or games genres you previously might have ignored. I found the book thoroughly interesting and a good read.
