Excellent product to use regardless of which exercises you are doing for your upper extremity. I use this for my clients with personal training and physical therapy and time and time again its ease of use gives people the confidence to exercise. I simply attach the crossover symmetry hook to another carabiner onto one of my garage shelves with holes at different heights. Its ease of adjusting different angles allows me to target weak muscles of the rotator cuff for rehab it has been great. I highly recommend this product to anyone with shoulder problems!

We purchased the entire novice package for our daughter. She dislocated her shoulder this past year, and we need a system to use at home to strengthen her shoulder girdle. We did lots of physio - and we found this system to be extremely helpful. The only difficulty we had was that we used the door straps to anchor the system in the kitchen. Our doors aren't large enough for the straps - we only had one door in the entire house that it fit. But great, great system - and instructional videos are very specific and detailed.
