I actually use this for my kitchen light over my sink has three brightness levels. I love it. I’ve had it for probably a year still working. I keep it on 24 seven and of course it probably will go south someday but I will buy another. Very well made and beautiful.

Got this for my plants, they like it a lot. It’s a good size and sleek and light weight but sturdy. Very good design and bright light.

I purchased this light to help with SAD therapy. For that purpose it's a good light, seems to be helping with my mood. It was easy to put together & has 5 light intensity modes. At night I use the more warm color light. It swivels between my bed & chair depending on where I am located. If you're wanting a light to give off lot's ambient light it's not good for ambiance, more task light.

I always wanted a good therapy lamp, especially with UV protection. This lamp imitates sunlight so it helps you wake up in the morning, also relieve stress. It helps you sleep better at night. It also has a remote to make it easy to change the multiple settings. It attaches easily to the lamp so it’s always easy to find. The best surprise for me was I always wanted a ring lamp because I do a lot of photo shoots… This light works like a ring lamp, but it looks so much better in my room. It’s much more decorative than a ring light. I just can’t say enough about it. I’m so pleasantly surprised and I so highly recommend this lamp.
