I recently bought this pet food dispenser for our pet rabbit, and it has been an absolute lifesaver! We had to leave our rabbit alone for a couple of days, and this dispenser made everything so much easier. The setup was simple, we created a meal plan, and it reliably dispensed the exact portion we set. On top of that, it even notified us when our rabbit had eaten, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. 100% recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and smart feeding solution for their pets. It worked perfectly, and our rabbit was happy and well-fed the whole time!

Putting this together was pretty simple - even I could follow the instructions so it should be a dawdle for everyone! You will need to get some D batteries and have it hooked up to power (it didnt seem to work at first when I just had the batteries in which was a little surprising). Good thing is that it is USB-C which is very convenient. It seems to be pretty good quality so far - my kittens are yet to knock it over. There is an additional piece to mount it to a wall (which they recommend you do) but that was a bit of a faff so I didnt bother and seems to be ok. The app was a little weird to start with but once I got the hang of it I was away laughing. I set some schedules and then realised the second option was to set the amount of each feed which was helpful. I also like the fact that you can manually dispense food (either on the app or the device). The hopper is a decent size and seems to hold enough of my kittens food for a good few days so far (probably up to a week). No issues with the food size - it seems to dispense well. My kittens are now used to hearing the beep and their food hitting the bowl - they come running!

Brilliant. You literally just need to fill it up when its running low. The apps great and simple to use. Can now go away for more than 2 days and leave my cat knowing he is fed and watered regularly

Great automatic dispenser, needed it for when was away for night to feed the dog. I might have to look at other smaller dry food as mine was on large side, but it dispensed ok. Setup was easy , which was bonus . The only thing I would say is the top is a pain to take on and off to fill up , but it manageable .

This is a terrible feeder. It looks nice, but is unreliable and inconsistent in its feeding. It misses at least 1 or 2 'feeds' a day, despite the app saying it has successfully delivered the food. This doesn't reassure me that my cats have been fed whilst I'm at work or away. The portioning doesn't make sense either, 1 portion = 8g, 2 portions =12g and 3 portions =24g. I have returned this and would void at all costs.

Great feeder! Easy to set up, reliable, and the control works perfectly. My dog adjusted quickly and now feeding is hassle-free.

I bought this for my cat who I rehomed, because she was waking me up at 4am which I assumed was for food (previous cats hadn't done this). Turns out she wants affection rather than food! The feeder was really easy to set up with Samsung's SmartThings and Alexa and works either as a programme or impromptu feeds if I'm running late. My cat is quite timid but the noise level doesn't appear to scare her off. Capacity for food is quite big- almost a full bag of food. Whilst it didn't solve my 4am wakeup call, it gives me great flexibility for remote feeding

Reçu quelques jours après avoir passé commande, je m'en sers depuis environ 2 semaines. Système facile à installer et assez facilement programmable. Il y a un QR code pour nous guider mais je ne m'en suis pas servi. Les chats l'ont adopté le jour même. On l'a testé chez nous (avec connexion wifi) et en vacances (sans connexion wifi). Il faut absolument avoir mit les piles avant de le débrancher sinon le programme ne sera pas enregistré. Avec connexion wifi: on peut ajouter des portions ou en retirer. On peut programmer des alertes sur le téléphone (portion distribuée, niveau de croquettes faible, niveau de batterie...) Sans wifi: il suit le programme qui a été enregistré avant déconnexion. On peut distribuer une portion en appuyant sur un bouton, indépendamment du programme et de la connexion. Je suis très contente car mes chats sont des vrais gloutons. La gamelle ne tenait pas 1h, maintenant ils grignotent tout au long de la journée! Le vendeur m'a contacté pour s'assurer que tout allait bien (sans demande de ma part), donc le SAV a l'air top. En bref, nous sommes ravis!

Ottimo prodotto, comodo da impostare e semplice da gestire. Ottimo anche il supporto del venditore che, nonostante un difetto di fabbrica affiorato dopo 2 mesi, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile grazie ad un ottimo staff di supporto.

Doesn’t reliably dispense food. We’ve had this set up for five days and it’s missed at least 4 scheduled meals, although the app says the food was dispensed. The portions are too big for cats. A single portion is 11 grams of our kittens’ food, so the slow feed option is functionally pointless. Really disappointing. I wouldn’t trust my cats to actually be fed if I had to be gone for a day.
