This mirror does not light up as bright as the older model. The amount of charge it holds seemed to deplete much quicker than the older model. I will most likely looks for a new brand of mirror the next time I need a replacement.

I love the material Riki uses for the mirror itself. Their website says they use high quality glass so you don't see any distortion in your reflection. It's true, I feel like I look different compared to other mirrors. Another thing I love are the lights. I was debating to get this warm and cool lights or just the cool, I went with the warm and cool and I'm so glad I did. The light are super bright! The intensity could also be gradually adjusted. This is my favorite feature. The mirror is also very slim so I can easily store it. Why did I give it 3 stars? I feel there is room for improvement. For a mirror that is marketed for traveling, I personally think this is too big. The case attachment is not magnetic. There is a very sticky sticker that adheres the case to the back of mirror. The way of how the case folds takes up too much space when the mirror is propped up. The empty white space below the mirror is such a waste of space. The battery life is too short. My mirror only lasted 30mins with the lights on full brightness. The charging port is for some reason USB-A not USB-C. For a mirror that was recently launched, the charging port should be USB-C.

I loved this mirror, used it everyday, but it only lasted 1 year ( bought March 2024, stopped working end of March 2025) It stopped charging and lights would not stay on. I tried different cords to get it to charge and nothing made a difference. For the price, this is unacceptable.

Lo primero es que no trae con que cargarlo. Lo segundo es que no sirve. Cuando se carga dura segundos encendido y se vuelve a descargar de una vez. O llego averiado o simplemente no sirve.

I received a mirror from this company as a birthday present in June 2025. The first one experienced a battery issue and was quickly replaced by Glamcor in September 2025. It is now October 2025, and I have charged the replacement mirror ONCE for it to then become yet another $200+ paperweight. I reached out by phone and by email to Glamcor just for them to apologize for the inconvenience and leave me with nothing. The whole company is a fraud! Do not give them your money. $235 for SHEIN quality in the big year 2025 is crazy!

Do not buy this product, swollen battery and the company says to dispose of it for safety concerns but would not help me as i bought it 2 years ago. Extremely disappointing.

Do not purchase. Company does not stand behind there product. Mirror stopped charging after 8 months. Terrible quality

My account was debited for the mirror and the shipping updates were evasive. I started getting responses to my inquiry about receiving the product late at night and requests for personal information. I finally received the mirror but there was not a charging cord. I have contacted their help desk by phone and email, providing the requested photos to prove I had the mirror and no response. I would not purchase this product again.
