Easy workout
I love this achi E so much!!!!! It’s very easy to put it together cause it comes almost in one piece. There is only few things to fix like the handle bar the, pedals, and the handle. The machine is very sturdy and work well. No noise at all while using it. I started using it without the resistance bands and started feeling the effect in my legs, shoulders and belly.I am really happy with this product and I recommend it… you won’t regret it…😁

Squat and sit up at the same time
It's like doing squats & sit ups whilst standing, You will be using arms the legs, I wouldn't recommend it for those with knee issues because you will be bending those knees.Easy to assemble, the machine was mainly together, you needed to add the peddles and handle a foot parts and seat.Good stretching the entire core and feeling like your actually doing something.

Perfect machine very easy set up took 10 minutes as it come mostly put together sturdy great design I felt the burn in my thighs first use really happy to add this to my home gym reasonably priced.

Sturdy and easy assembly
Among the row and ride machines, this is the cheapest one, but the quality is good. It is foldable to save place.

Squat machine
Unfortunately this came with a real lack of instructions on how to use it or what kind of exercise or how to do the exercise on wards, just about got it together and I hope I'm using it correctly but not easy and wouldn't buy again.
