I am using it from a week and the buds are very good the sound quality built quality battery life

1. Pairing takes around 12 seconds every time the buds are removed from the case, which is extremely slow compared to competitors like OnePlus.2. The sound quality is very disappointing and does not feel like a JBL product at all. It sounds more like a cheap local brand with poor audio tuning.3. Bass can be adjusted through the app, but except for the bass, the overall music clarity, vocals, and call audio quality are below average.4. ANC performance is almost useless and fails to block normal surrounding noises properly. During calls, irritating air noise is noticeable and even simple room fan sounds are clearly audible in ANC mode. Is this ANC or ambient awareness.5. The product is neither replaceable nor returnable once purchased, which is the worst part. Customers are forced to keep the product even if they are completely dissatisfied.6. Brand support only offers assistance through phone calls instead of providing an actual replacement or return solution, making the customer experience frustrating.7. Amazon should seriously reconsider allowing products with such poor performance and restrictive return policies to be sold on the platform.8. Overall, this product is a complete waste of money and deserves only 1 star.so that I give 1star for this review. If you expect premium sound quality, proper ANC and a good user experience, avoid this product and choose another brand instead.Still I feel , If I am not satisfied with the product, why should I be forced to keep using it?It feels like Amazon and JBL are trying to push their unsold garbage onto customers without giving proper return or replacement options.

I've been using Oneplus Z2 ANC and JBL Tune 310 UsbC earphones for past year. I'd say Wave Buds 2 is better than Z2, but worse than Tune 310. Still has clarity expected from JBL, but sounds lack "flavour", vocals included. Good enough for audiobooks, podcasts or youtube, but songs seem lacking.Buds are comfortable, though. Doesn't sit too deep in ear, and still stays on during walking. Practically forgot these were there. Having no stem helps, doesn't get accidentally knocked out.ANC makes almost no difference from passive noise isolation by in-ear buds. Talkthru mode is brilliant in amplifying voices over just ambient transparent mode.Mic isn't great, but that's just neckband earphones vs TWS problem. Battery life including case is definitely more than 24 hrs, just the buds is definitely more than 6 hrs.JBL app makes a lot of difference in customising the earphones. Can keep multiple user custom equaliser settings, audio balance etc.No lid on case, but magnets are strong. Not strong enough to hold on if case falls, though. Dropped case from abt 5ft on bed, 1 bud popped out. Might be better to buy a silicon cover with lid for this.

Its am fake

First of all, these ear buds does not have Cover so this is first shock when you receive the product. That means not easy to carry and you have fear of losing buds (though magnet is powerful but little hard push and this may come out). Taking out Buds from the case is a task, and one may feel victory when actually comes out successfully, it is not user friendly. JBL needs to think on this. Fitness of Buds in ear is not so great but not so poor as well. Sound quality of music is an average quality and not at JBL's standard (i am using JBL Tune 510 BT & JBL Cinema SB190 as well). This product is of not that standard in terms of quality. Touch sensors and controls are wokring perfect. Battery perfromance is ok. Call Quality is ok for regular use with 4 mics this works, ANC needs to be more powerful. Pairing more than 1 device is challengin some time and its take time to connect to more than one device.

Very very Bad quality of this product. Please i suggest dont buy this product.. Actually i stay in canada, i bought this because of JBL company. My friend brought this from india, now I can’t return this also. Sound quality is bad, noise cancellation is very very poor, while calling other person unable to hear my voice. I request amazon or JBL to refund if possible.

good quality bass, and overall im satisfied with the sound. the design fits my ears so well, it doesnt fall often. very comfy and seals your ear from outside noise. i noticed though that this earbuds performs better on android or if connected via laptop. when you use with iphone, the sound quality changes but still good.. its just better on android/laptop based on my observation

Fidèle à JBL depuis longtemps, j'ai craqué pour les nouveaux Wave Buds 2 et je ne suis pas déçu. Si vous cherchez des écouteurs fiables avec une grosse autonomie sans dépenser 200 €, c'est probablement le meilleur rapport qualité-prix actuel.Ce qui fait la différence sur cette version :Le son Pure Bass : On reconnaît tout de suite la signature JBL. Les basses sont profondes et percutantes sans pour autant écraser les voix. C'est parfait pour le sport ou les trajets quotidiens.La connexion multipoint : C'est le vrai "plus" de ce modèle ! Je peux enfin passer de mon ordinateur à mon téléphone sans avoir à déconnecter et reconnecter manuellement. C'est hyper fluide.L'autonomie monstrueuse : Avec 40 heures au total (boîtier compris), je ne les recharge qu'une fois par semaine alors que je les utilise plusieurs heures par jour.Smart Ambient : Très pratique pour rester conscient de son environnement ou discuter sans avoir à retirer les écouteurs. On entend bien les bruits extérieurs tout en gardant sa musique en fond.Côté confort et robustesse :Les écouteurs sont légers et tiennent bien dans l'oreille. La certification IP54 est rassurante : je les utilise pour courir et ils ne craignent ni la transpiration ni la poussière. Le boîtier est compact et se glisse facilement dans une petite poche.Petit bémol : Le boîtier n'a pas de couvercle (design typique de la gamme Wave Buds). Ça permet de sortir les écouteurs super vite, mais il faut juste faire attention à ne pas accumuler de poussière au fond du boîtier si vous les mettez souvent dans un sac à dos.En résumé : un son puissant, une batterie increvable et des fonctionnalités modernes. Un excellent choix pour le quotidien !

Devo dire che queste cuffie sono state davvero un ottimo affare! Qualità eccellente, nettamente superiori ad alcune dello stesso prezzo che si trovano in giro di altre marche, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i bassi.Ho apprezzato molto l’app della JBL che permette di modificare l’equalizzatore e quindi le preferenze dei suoni, oltre a poter attivare alcune funzionalità e preferenze opzionali come la riduzione del rumore durante le chiamate.Unica pecca, se proprio vogliamo trovarne una, è la mancanza di una “copertura” che permetta di isolare le cuffie in modo da non entrare a contatto con polvere o rischiare che si perdano, ma questo problema viene risolto grazie alle potenti calamite che permettono di tenerle ben ancorate alla custodia di ricarica.
