I am not a big fan of protein bars or protein shakes, and being on a GLP-1 treatment plan, my dietitian wants to ensure I'm getting enough protein. She suggested protein water, and I have found these to be my favorite.These protein water drinks are a great way to get extra protein in your daily diet, and I appreciate the variety of flavors available in this variety pack. The peach mango is my favorite, but the other two are also great. They are a little too sweet for me, so I usually keep them at room temperature and then pour them over a tall glass of ice so that the ice melts and waters down the drink. Or I dilute it about 1/2 and 1/2 with water. There is a slight thickness to the liquid, which is not too noticeable for me, but again, I enjoy it more when it's watered down.I take these along on my hiking trips, and they work great to give me a boost of energy and quench my thirst. Plus, it helps give me a feeling of being full, so it satisfies my hunger for a while, which is a bonus! I usually have one 20 oz. drink per day. I find that if I have one bottle after work that it helps fill me up and I don't eat as much for dinner that evening.

My favorite flavor is cotton candy. I put a half a packet of crystal light fruit punch in it and it is so yummy. I got really sick this year and started losing my hair due to lack of protein. I have three of these today every day and it has stopped my hair loss and gives me so much energy.

Overall, the hydration and protein delivery was great. The one thing I took issue with was the peach combo flavor. It was not good. From the smell to the bitter flavor and aftertaste, I was not a fan. I love peaches and even peach flavorings, but this was not pleasant at all. Fortunately, the other flavors kept me from throwing in the towel. The wild cherry is excellent and probably the best. The blackberry dragon fruit was also great in its own right. I'm a fan of both fruits. Great to use to hydrate during a workout.

I really enjoy these. I’ve been ordering them for years. They are great for on the go, good source of protein, low in sugar and I love the taste.

Tastes great, perfect way to add protein to your diet. I add water or drink over lots of ice as it is a little thicker in consistency than water. I don’t eat great especially in the in morning so it's a perfect addition to my day. I grab one on my way out of the door in the morning and drink in my car. I am a home health nurse so I am on the go lots. I recommend it to all of my patients that need extra protein. I love that there are so many great flavors! It's a great way to add hydration. Being g hydrated can help increase your energy level. I feel it is a great quality choice in drinks. The more consistent you are with drinking it daily the better it works!

If you have a sensitive stomach, night want to skip this. Taste is good.

Ultra sweet tasting as is the case with most protein fruit drinks. Recommend adding ice or water to dilute. The fruit flavor is authentic but is overwhelmed by the sweetness if not diluted.

I didn’t receive the flavors listed only received cherry and a blue flavor which I’ve had before and was wanting to try something different. If I didn’t like these flavors I would have sent them back so 3 stars

The product is great and flavors are great. The product is overpriced as you can find it in other places with way less price. I ordered last time two from the same item and I received totally different flavors than what I ordered for both items. If you don't have the item just tell that it ran out of stock but sending me different than what I ordered, this is not acceptable.
