I've always liked this company for their controllers and the customer service is outstanding I've even had to order from them directly due to the fact that you cannot hardly get it on Amazon anymore, Plus if you try to get it anywhere else it's more expensive than ordering directly, definitely one of the best performing controller I've ever owned and the different patterns is always helpful but if there is a pattern that they do not have you can program your own.

We have an old traffic light in a kids Sunday School area and it was hooked up without a control module so all the lights were just on all the time. I thought it would be cool to liven things up by putting this module in the light and it came out great. The flexibility of the unit is great where you have pretty much full control over the timing and pattern selection.I have two suggestions for improvement but realize it could drive the cost up and this is at a pretty nice price point:1)Include an LED readout that told you what number pattern you were on. Depending on how fast, or slow, your timing is set to it can be hard to figure out which pattern program you are on. They give you a nice printout of all the patterns so, having a readout, would allow you to quickly get to the desired pattern without having to keep track of where you are in the sequence while pushing up/down.2) It would be nice to have the solder points of the high voltage terminals coated, or covered, so they'd be non-conductive in case it accidentally shorted against metal inside the light. I suppose you could also put it inside of some sort of project box. However, the included standoffs should prevent any chance of shorting so long as they hold up and stay in place.Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality and price point. It's amazingly flexible and fit easily inside the swing out red light in my fixture. Also, I'm sure you could probably think of some other cool uses for this because you could pretty much time and sequence up to three things that fit within the rated current and load specs.

This is a very well made piece of electronic equipment. I like the fact that its made by a small business in the USA. It was a fun project and was exactly what I needed to bring an old traffic light back to life.The install was a fun project and pretty easy, especially if you have any sort of attitude for these sort of things. Good instructions included as well.There are plenty of well thought out modes. The program your own sequence would be a little tedious but doable. Once I figured out how to adjust the light timing of each individual mode which is actually easy once you realize you just remove the shunt, adjust the timings, and reinstall the shunt, it really came to life.So tldr. Well made, fun project, that is a great solution.

This controller is small, inexpensive, easy to install and works perfectly. Literally could not ask for a better option. This great little controller makes your stoplight do the things a stoplight does. You want typical American stoplight behavior, this will do it. You want UK style stoplight behavior? Yep, it'll do it. Want any number of current, arcane, foreign, domestic or decorative behaviors? This is the thing you need! Select from many, many different patters with the push of a button. Change the duration of the lights staying on, and extend the duration of the amber light with the push of a button or the turn of a knob. If you were thinking about designing something to control a stoplight, and wanted to include every feature and pattern you could, forget about it, it's already been done, and it's dirt cheap! Just order this controller, you can't find a better one. Seriously, well thought out, well designed, well built. It'll almost certainly do whatever you want it to do. You'll be impressed, just order it!

Shipment was a little slow. It arrived later than initially stated at the time of order, and it ended up taking almost two weeks for me to receive the item. However, this items is precisely what we needed! Installation was super easy and the item works great! We love the numerous light cycle options and the ability to control cycle speed and length of yellow. This is a great product. Thank you!!

Started great. Product had excellent installation instructions. I wired to having multiple neutrals. Once I had everything installed and tightened down, I plugged the light in, it was working great, I then attempted to driver to extend the duration and turned it slightly poof, it made a pop and was dead. I contacted Galak Electronics. Robert was great to deal with. Replacement on its way

If you have a basic understanding of wiring, this is very easy to install.The instructions and labeling are very clear. Wired up an old traffic light in about 30 minutes, taking my time.Garage is now traffic controlled.If you have an old traffic light, this is what you need to make it work!
