I caught a wicked flu that started with a sore throat that felt like knives at every swallow. I couldn’t even swallow warm water. These Manuka Honey lozenges with Lemon and Bee Propolis not only relieved the pain, they healed the tissue completely of inflammation. They also removed the near-solid mucus that was caught in my larynx causing laryngitis. Very long lasting (30 minutes), good tasting (not medicinal), and fast acting (3 lozenges/1.5 days = problem eradicated). For those results, very cost effective. These Manuka lozenges now have a permanent spot in my medicine cabinet.

Taste good, high quality and seems to do a effective job at relieving sore throat pain and coughs. Very healthy as well. Seems to check off all of the boxes for clean ingredients. It our go to product.

These are really the best! I despise menthol cough drops when I'm sick. My aunt bought these for me during a sickness last year and I've purchased them several times since! It helps for coughing, tickles in the throat, and sore throats with no nasty menthol aftertaste. They're expensive, but worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I thought these were great, taste good and a great option for those not wanting to give their littles otc products with less than healthy ingredients. My 4 year old was not impressed, I think she was expecting them to taste like a traditional candy sucker and they don't.

They are absolutely delicious. They are effective in terms of quieting down the incessant coughing. I'm happy I've purchased them. The honey and echinacea certainly is an added benefit. Worth the buy! Hoping for a restful night sleep. Great organic ingredients.

These are, by far, our favorite cough drops! We love the flavor and that they have no garbage in them. Unlike many popular brands they do not contain food coloring, which seems counterproductive to me. We bring these to church and I think people sit around us just so we will share these with them. Costco had a big box for a great deal awhile back. They are long lasting and soothing on throats plus help when you get that annoying tickle in your throat.

I've purchased these for several years and really like the flavor and the effectiveness for treating a sore throat. Some Manuka honey in a jar has a rating that reflects its strength; these do not have any of those ratings. I like these better than traditional cough drops, and they help me better than most I have tried. The branding has changed, but they appear to be the same.

These are OK. They taste fine, break down a bit faster than I like. Not very strong or long lasting. They are only mildly soothing, so that effect soon wears off. I didn’t get the more intense soothing benefit as in what you might get from Hall’s cough drops, and that’s what I’d hoped for, just from a more natural source. However, if you just need a mildly soothing throat relief, these are not bad and may get the job done.
