Giving this 5 stars for now and will edit if necessary, but the set appears to be in working order and easily fits into a shoulder bag or pocket. I haven't tried spraying the pepper spray but I could smell some of it when I opened the vacuum sealed plastic and it is strong... it did not leak but I think just from being in the packaging and in the heat of the south it could be detected slightly. The flashlight is basic but will be good if I ever don't have my phone handy, and I did "test" the stun gun for one second (as recommended) and it is super loud. It startled be a bit so I can see it being a good deterrent for dogs and/or other possible threats. I charged it right away but it only took several minutes to be full, so it's ready to go whenever!

I bought 2 of these packs for my wife and daughter, I’ve purchase products from Sabre in the past and they have always been very reliable. Unfortunately my wife’s stun gun stopped engaging after the first charge. My daughter’s continues to work fine. Sabre was so prompt with addressing the issue and sent over a return label within a day of my issue after contacting them. I think this was just a one-off situation and though I haven’t received the new one yet (just sent it back yesterday), the other unit continues to function as intended and it’s the same model.

I decided to buy this set after my first week working as an Amazon Delivery Driver LOL because I was bit by a dog in my first week and also delivered in some rural, remote areas out in the sticks that made me feel uneasy.... I'm a very small lone female out there walking up to strangers doors.... I carry the tazer in my cargo pants pocket, and I have the pepper spray on a lanyard around my neck for easy access. I also have a small personal alarm on that lanyard around my neck, which is extremely loud and will alert someone if there is danger or emergency. I've never had to use the pepper soray, but I have carried it with me on my neck every single day for months and it makes me feel better. it is clearly visible for anyone to notice. I carry the tazer in my front pocket or cafho pant pocket every single day and yes, ive had to use it. On dogs specifically. Thankfully I've never had to physically touch a dog with it or harm them, but anytime I come to a property with a loose dog, I grab the tazer and have it in one hand, on and ready to go. I've had dogs charge me and all I have to do is press the button, and that LOUD scary electricity noise scares them back every time. Thank goodness the loud scary noise is enough to back the dogs away and save myself from harm, disfigurement or even worse.... I'm guessing that horrendous noise would be enough to make a creeper at least think twice before doing something stupid, too. it Is a good self defense tool to have just because it seems and sounds scary. I've never tested it on myself or anyone else. Besides having these two things at work, I carry them to the store with me, or when I go out alone or with my child. .. just makes me feel safer as someone who wouldn't carry anything more lethal. Get this kit as a gift for every woman in your life. Put the spray on a lanyard or on your keys, it will not accidentally spray because of the little flip cover protecting the spray button. The tazer holds its charge for FOREVER and the flashlight is actually bright and had come in handy during those dark nights at work. It won't go off accidentally either, you have to push the switch up twice to get to the tazing setting. Slide it up once for the flashlight and slide it up again for the tazer. No, you can't use both functions at once. it's 20 bucks, stop reading reviews and just buy it. its worth it!

I received these items yesterday so I obviously haven't had a chance to use them yet. LOL I like the compactness of them both. They're very discreet and can fit in the palm of my hand. The stun gun is surprisingly loud for its size and I'm sure packs quite a punch. It came with a little belt holster, which promptly fell apart with less than a day's use. The items themselves, however, seem to be well-built and sturdy enough to last for years. If the holster hadn't fallen apart, I'd have given this product 5 stars.

I’ve been having this stun gun since 2021 (it’s now 9/2026) I travel with it out of the country for safety. I only have charged it maybe twice in its lifetime. I just went to pick it up to test it and it’s still charged, the flash light works and the taser sound is super loud. I haven’t been able to test it on a real person yet but 5 years later and it’s still going strong!
