I use a lot of garlic when I cook. The fresh ones are just too hard for me to handle because I have peripheral neuropathy in my hands. It smells so good and makes my food taste great. It keeps in the. Refrigerator for a long time. Then I have a nice little glass jar for other things. I think the price is good because when I have bought fresh garlic in the past, it seem to go bad before I could use it all. It's a good product.

If you have not used this particular brand of chopped fresh garlic, you are missing something awesome. I recently bought another brand at a local grocery store, it was sour and pungent. However I threw it out and I bought this brand again and will not buy another for chopped fresh refrigerator garlic. It was the difference of night and Day from sour no aromatic to beautifully sweet and aromatic the polaner. Would appreciate a lesser price but the taste is just amazing. I cook with it in almost everything. Thank you for this product. Keep up the good work.
