Personally, I am not sure if it is changing hormones or what, but my perspiration has increased like crazy since turning 30 and after having my son. I have struggled finding aluminum free deodorants to help with the body odor. I had used Lume before and liked it but since it was not an antiperspirant it didn't help with sweat control, so I tried to find something else. Nothing worked. Then I saw Lume made this and I had to try it. After just applying it one time I no longer smelled the body odor smell AND I had no sweating! Even after an hour of hot yoga I did not have sweat under my arms or breasts, the body odor was gone. I am so happy with this purchase. Why I couldn't give this 5 stars was for two reasons. One, the texture of the solid stick is THICK. It doesn't leave white marks on clothing, but it is rough to apply the first few times. Now that I have been using it more it seems to be getting more "creamy" and easier to apply. Second issue, the smell is not "clean tangerine." There is a hint of a citrus smell, but that smell doesn't stick around and for the most part it smells odorless to me. That being said, I don't care much about this since I do not smell my own body odor anymore. I just have no smell under my armpits which I will take over any lack of tangerine smell. I hope Lume makes more scents, but if not I am happy with this product. I feel so fresh again and I cannot smell my body odor anymore.
