Love to use these for my migraines and after I get Botox (which is also helping my migraines thankfully even though not the reason I got it done. I ordered a second one because I like this one so much! I love that it covers your forehead as well not just around your eyes. Cause in my forehead and in between my eyebrows is where I feel my migraines begin and this helps ease some of the aura and tummy problems that follow. This is great after botox too it seems to help speed up my bruising time and reduce any redness or splotchyness that seems to follow and is just really comforting. (Consult with your botox provider first tho to see if it’s good for you afterwards and don’t lay down with this on within your first 4 hours post injection)I also recently began having panic attacks more frequently and did some research that cold therapy helps calm your vagus nerve and kinda get you out of the fight or flight feeling and back to your normal. It started with me putting a bag of ice or ice in paper towels on my forehead and chest and I’ve since become a connoisseur if cold therapy and eye masks in general. This eye mask and a soft gel ice pack on my chest is my new go to(it’s one for kids that comes with a soft cover)This is one of my favorite eye masks! I love having two so I always have a back up in case I need a few extra minutes after they start to go warm and soft.It lasts a decent amount of time cold/frozen as well, probably due to having more coverage and space for the gel freezey beads so they stay cold longer since there’s more of them.Would recommend if you deal with migraines, anxiety, post baby botox, and general relaxing.

As a beauty professional and cam model that suffers from Fibromyalgia, Psoriatic Arthritis, inflammation, and headaches, I had to find some relief. I keep this in the freezer, so it's ready the moment I need it. It helps tremendously. It seems to be of good quality with sturdy straps and thick plastic. I like being able to mold it to my face shape and being able to wear it is GREAT! The blue is a beautiful color that goes well in a home spa collection. However, I'm a petite gal. I cannot see out of the eye holes well due to how far apart they are. Therefore, four stars instead of five. I would still suggest this for any headache sufferer and folks needing it for morning puffiness, because you most likely won't want to have your eyes open much during use anyway. Heats up fast, nice pressure and heat on sinuses. Not as good as a quality steamer but it helps. I have an above average size head and it barely velcros. It does heat unevenly so it’s best to over heat and then let cool for a few minutes. I would think this needs more Velcro on the strap. It is one size fits all so fine for what it is. Would probably buy again

This product is the bees knees of ice packs. I love the convenience of having the ice pack on my face and not having to hold it or sit in a weird position to hold the ice up. It works well! Only downside is it does lose coldness within about 15 mins.

I get nasty headaches from TMJ, and I also am a DBT therapist and am familiar with the concept of using ice or cold water to lower blood pressure and get instant relief from intense emotions. So, this thing is GREAT and super effective. I put it on at the end of the work day and mediate with this thing on, it increases my ability to relax deeply instantly and feels really good. If I have a headache I take some Motrin, put this thing on, and lay down. It's super effective. I would recommend for anyone with migraines or anyone who needs help to relax deeply. I'm going to get a second one to keep at work. Also useful for pilots who get headaches and aren't allowed to take medications. Truly a miraculous little device to keep in your freezer.

So I realized that this really isn't washable because I think when I did it somehow got soap inside of it. I don't really understand why because whatever is inside doesn't come out so idk. Aside from that I think it is kind of weird that the put this fuzzy layer on one side which I think is supposed to go on your face. But the problem with that is that it's too warm and I can't feel the cold from the frozen mask on my face, which totally defeats the purpose. So I usually put the plastic side against my face, which is fine, and it's nice and cold. However, I would have preferred if it stayed colder a lot longer than it does. I would say it stays cold maybe ten minutes. Which is ok, but sometimes I just want to freeze my whole face because I'm hot and it feels good. That's hard to do when the icepack thing i'm trying to use doesn't stay cold. The other thing is, I will usually wash my face, then use toner, serum, face cream, eye cream, and then put this on. My face is I guess still hot from all of this and then I put the mask on and it makes my face sweat and it kind of feels like I'm sweating off the stuff I just put on. So after it isn't cold any more I will take it off and just kind of... rub in and massage my face a little bit. I'm not sure if I should do that because I feel like I'm rubbing sweat back into my face but this is the best solution I could come up with.

I use this for the cooling effects so I can’t attest to the warming benefits. I am very prone to sinus headaches, tension headaches and migraines so this has come in handy in that I can just strap it to my head. Now, I do have a bigger nose so the opening for the nose is slightly uncomfortable and the openings for the eyes, for me at least, are slightly awkward in that I have to turn my head slightly so I can see better and focus out of one eye predominately. Despite that slight inconvenience this mask has already been helpful. It has a soft underside so the ice pack isn’t in direct contact causing any damage or becoming unbearable at all and as it thaws I can also just flip it over to continue to benefit from the coolness remaining (flipping from soft side to plastic side). The strap is adjustable and not overbearing which is another plus.
