Great customer service
Refurbished product arrived in immaculate condition. I had a problem connecting to EE but seller responded to my query with 24 hours and resolved my issue.Even came with a high quality USB fast charger.

Not a uk phone
Although the phone is as new and works perfectly and I am very pleased with it the phone is not a uk phone, it is a American phone, this doesn't make any difference except for one thing, the mobile internet didn't connect, so I had to change the access point name and all the apn settings, I looked up what needed to be changed on the internet, via wifi obviously, once this was done everything worked perfectly, I'm not completely tech savvy but I worked it out, but if you aren't comfortable doing this sort of thing you may have to visit or email your network operator to get everything working, having said all the above I'm very pleased with my purchase

Fragile but effective
Arrived in great quality with sim pin and all.Came with usb c cable and some chinese knockoff ac adapter. Only thing is setting up sucks and dropping it once results in the back glass (why samsung?!) Being horribly cracked and screen getting cracked. Be ready to own this small sleek phone in thick armour so the value doesnt go from 200 to 20 in 0.5secs

May need to get help with charging issues
Phone looks like a new phone and everything seems to work regarding software / apps and the likes.having some issues with charging as I have to fiddle about with the charging lead to ge it. to charge,!!!

Amazing phone and in mint condition, battery life is amazing, not a single scratch on the phone or the screen, package contained a fast charger a gel phone case and also a flip phone case plus a aux lead and 2 pens for the screen, very happy with this company and would definitely buy from them again

Phone is already not working so having to put it into a shop to be fixed
