After testing several models, this tall office chair ultimately became my choice. Weighing in at around 230 pounds, I found the perfect balance of space and support in this chair. The seat is generously wide and supportive—no sinking feeling—while the backrest effectively maintains my posture during long work sessions. The armrests are sturdy and adjust smoothly, giving the entire chair a reliable feel. The massage function also works well, keeping me comfortable during extended work hours—exactly the feature I needed.

This office chair turned out way better than I expected. The faux leather looks clean and polished, it’s easy to wipe down. The seat is wide and comfortable, and the tall back with the side wings really helps with long time at my desk. The metal base feels solid , the whole thing only took few minutes to assemble together. Totally it feels premium and perfect to work and relaxing.

my husband is a bigger guy. Most of the office chair feels shaky, This big and tall office chair is different. The seat is wide and firm enough to provide great support all day, and the backrest has good lumbar adjustment that actually helps his posture. It doesn't feel plush like a sofa, but in a good way—it’s supportive where it needs to be. The armrests and height adjust easily, and everything feels solid. Finally found a chair that's both comfortable and sturdy.

Very comfortable, seat cushion fairly thick and I especially like armrest thick cushioning, also armrest height adjustment is great and first time I've seen this feature, lumbar massage is little weak and cushioning for head is uncomfortable because its a bulge that pushes your head forward but overall great value and highly reccomend.

I would not recommend this for any plus size person. I can't even use the heated pillow that comes with it cause I would have to sit in the edge of the seat spacing between the back and bottom seat sucks. I am on the plus size but not anywhere near 500 pounds and my ass is so uncomfortable in this I can't even sit in fully for 8 hrs while I work

After using a cheap(ish) gaming chair for the longest time, I recently switched from a cheap gaming chair to a plush, big & tall office chair, and the difference has been incredible, even though I’m not in the big & tall category (175 lbs). The gaming chair looked nice and worked for a while, but ultimately offered little real support, especially for long work/gaming sessions (I'm an online college student and avid gamer, as well). I dealt with constant lower back strain, and after about an hour or so, tailbone pain from the stiff seat and awkward posture. Since upgrading to a higher-quality big & tall office chair, my comfort has drastically improved. The extra cushioning, wider seat base, and overall ergonomic design distribute my weight more evenly and provide much better lumbar and tailbone support. Despite being designed for larger users, the chair fits me comfortably and feels like it was made to sit in for hours without pain. It’s a game-changer for anyone spending long periods at a desk, even if you’re not big or tall. I spent hours looking through options and reading reviews, and I'm quite happy with the results I've gotten from this chair. I will say that I wish it had an adjustment for reclining positions instead of just a simple leaning/rocking/locking system. The vibrating pillow for lumbar support that comes with the chair is nothing to write home about for its vibration function, but the pillow is actually extremely nice on its own. The only other recommendation I have is to pick up a nice set of "roller blade-style" wheels (the chair comes with regular casters that do not roll as well as I'd like), as it makes moving around effortless, even on carpet! TL;DR - This chair is one of the comfiest I've ever used and was worth every penny!

This computer chair is incredibly comfortable and has made a huge difference in my work set up. The cushioning is soft yet supportive, perfect for long hours of sitting. I love the adjustable height and armrest, allowing me to customize it to my needs. The lumbar support is excellent, providing great lower back relief.
