We use our camera for pictures of our patients, we upload them to their patient chart with usb cord and then delete them off the camera. This works great for our needs

does it come with charger?

It takes 4 AA batteries, so no it doesn't need a charger. If you decide to use rechargeable AA batteries, you will need a charger but not otherwise.

And how long will it take to arrive from the time I place my order?
