Great Going
The benchtop ice maker is fantastic. The touch panel and options are user-friendly, and the interior lighting makes it easy to see. I appreciate the well-thought-out design and effortless operation. The app works seamlessly, and the self-cleaning feature is a game-changer. It produces ice quickly and efficiently, making it perfect for household parties and daily use. The compact size fits well on any countertop without taking up too much space. It’s quiet, fast, and delivers great-quality ice every time. Absolutely loved it

Great nugget ice machine
Coming from a Frigidaire bullet ice machine that died after 3 years. I thought I would upgrade to the Mueller Nugget ice machine but it’s seemingly no longer available so I bought this one. After 1 week of constant use I can say so far I’m in love with it.The nuggets look like miniature square bar ice and taste and crunch great. Noise may be too loud for some but is definitely quieter than the Frigidaire so I have no complaints.Only negative but not a deal breaker is the ice tray isn’t the best, nuggets easily spill out if you’re not careful when scooping. One other note is the ice sticking together if left over night but it’s easily broken up with little effort with the included scoop. Will update review if I run into issues.

Nice crunchy nuggets, but not ”Sonic” Ice
This is a nice machine, and it makes crunchy nugget ice, but not “Sonic” ice. This is really being picky, perhaps, but if it Is important for you to get the soft chewy crunch very similar to what you get at Sonic, this machine is a little bit off the mark. The app connects easily and works well. The appearance is nice; however, whether you view the colorful control panel as a nice touch or a little too much attention grabbing may depend on your taste. I really like the TDS sensor, but the number the ice maker was displaying was considerably different than the tester I purchased to measure our tap water. I am not sure which one was off, and I have not run any kind of calibration test, but at least with this machine, you have something with which you can compare one water source to another. The unit makes nice, clear ice quickly and the ice stayed in the bin for quite a while (seems to be pretty well insulated). The bin is a little bit on the small side, but big enough to get the job done. The water reservoir is not very big, and there is no option to add additional capacity, but again, it does the job and refilling is very easy. The good part about that is that it doesn’t take up too much space on the counter top, and it fits easily under standard cabinets. One review said that this ice maker does not recycle the water from the melted ice, but it does in fact do so. The unit is reasonably quiet, but you will know that it is running when it is making ice - it is not whisper quiet, but I wouldn’t expect it to be.This machine is priced lower than some and seems to be a quality product, it just doesn’t make the type of ice I was trying to get. I returned this ice maker and bought another one made (marketed) by a very large US corporation, and it makes ‘softer’ ice, more like the “Sonic” ice I wanted.

Incredible Home Ice Maker!
The Ecozy Smart Nugget Ice Maker IM-NS451B is the best ice maker I have owned! We have had a big need for quite awhile for a solid counter top ice maker and Ecozy has delivered surpassing my expectations! I don’t leave many reviews unless i truly believe in the product and this machine carries through on its promise to quickly make nugget ice and it’s so easy! The app is incredible and self explanatory, the timing functions, self cleaning, light and other extras make it seem like an appliance def for 2025! The compact style fits well not taking much space at all! The clean lines of the machine physically with its well lit and graphic dashboard adds its appeal in a way that leave other makers as just blah. The ultimate test is will is quickly make ice and a lot of it…yes! The quality of ice is superb and it runs so quietly. If you’re looking for an ice maker - this is a no-brainer!

Love the pellet ice and it works great!
Family loves the pellet ice! Used for our Superbowl party and it was a hit and worked well. It kept up with demand and the guests enjoyed it. We were all impressed with sleakness, the blue light inside and digital display. I like that even when I unplugged it to empty the excess water and then plugged it back in that it kept the programmed time. If you only use for a short time, the ice will start to melt a bit, but if you use it for a longer period, the inside of the machine gets cold and stays colder, minimizing the melting. Easy to use and drain when needed. The timer works exactly as advertised! A little pricey, but has very useful features! All in all a great icemaker. ☺️

Great upgrade to an already great product.
Owning the other model of this ice maker I can say that this upgrade was totally worth it. Ecozy really hit the mark with this one. While still making the same quality pellet ice, several of the issues I had with the previous model have been addressed. Not only was it a chore to add water to the other model, it seemed like I was adding water every time we took ice. With the removable tank, adding water is not only easier as you no longer need to remove the ice bucket but it's also less frequent because the tank holds close to 2 liters. The way the ice drops into the bin now, when the full light is on, it truly means the bin is full and not just time to redistribute the mountain of ice that builds up in the center. After turning on the ice maker in about an hour I have a full bin of ice without the ice shuffle every 10 minutes. Finally the extra insulation that comes from setting the ice bucket back a bit does allow the ice to melt more slowly. However that seems to cause the ice to block up a bit and requires a little chopping with the scoop to break it up after sitting for a bit. This doesn't seem to happen with the other one, but is not that big of a deal as it breaks up easily.
