The package that i received is not the same label as the one shown. Want to make sure this is the real stuff?

When I received mine it didn't have that same label it said "Canada Grass-Green mix" I used it and it did the job. I was very happy with it.

Can this be grown over pet urine areas?

I ordered this product twice, and could not get it to grow anywhere! So I would say "no". Don't waste your money!

Yes, I am in zone 10a. I plant mine in the Spring which is the beginning of our wet season.
