I hope it is healthier than the bread that is being sold in stores.
I like this bread it is heavy and works good for toast and french toast. A bit spendy so I don't know if I will buy again.

A delightful find!
The taste is incredibly delicious. Makes a wonderful sandwich or toast. I was completely surprised it was so very good. Even though it is pricey, I have chosen to reorder for its taste, nutrition & the joy of savoring bread that I can eat on a very restricted diet!

Bread, the scepter of life!
I absolutely LOVE this bread! As you hold the loaf and realize how hefty in weight and size it is and open the package, the aroma is the first thing that bursts forth and you find yourself breathing deeply that entrancing scent, as the rest of the world seemingly disappears, isolating the moment, excited and startled, anticipating the wonderful flavor you are about to experience. Larger than usual slices also add to the drama and joy. Placed into the toaster, the kitchen fills with that singular euphoric "just baked" bouquet and with saliva juices mounting and billowing forth, just as you hear that all too familiar jolting "pop" that signifies your toast is done, you ponder devouring yet another slice. But then you remember the price, and your brain and taste buds come to a screeching halt. Yet you slowly realize that although pricey, life is too short not to allow yourself the simple pleasures that make life the greatest gift of all. And so you secretly decide to only reorder for those wisely chosen events that can only be signified as "special". Now the question remains whether you can wait that long! After delighting numerous times in a lightly toasted slice smothered with Amish cultured unsalted raw butter, I venture into unknown territory, and gulp down a freshly selected seemingly gargantuan slice straight from the package, amazed at the sublime taste and texture that fills and entices that orifice of rapture called my mouth. Do I recommend this product? You can bet your sweet ass I do!

Four Stars
Not bad, however, I divided into twos, and put in freeze.

Great tasting spelt bread
I've been looking for a spelt bread ever since Whole Foods stopped carrying Rudi's Organic Spelt bread. This is by far the best tasting spelt I've found out there. The only drawback is the price. It's expensive and then there's shipping on top of that. I will continue to purchase though, until there's a spelt in one of the stores nearby.

Finally, spelt bread that tastes like the bread we're use to
We were one of the lucky families that could simply make a switch to spelt flour when we discovered a wheat intolerance in one of our kids. We didn't have to go the whole gluten-free route (although I do use some of Pamela's products). We did, however really miss the nice moist and wonderfully aromatic when toasted sandwich bread that we had been use to; and when I baked the bread myself... it wasn't as good as the wheat bread and was almost impossible to get it to cut in to those perfect slices for sandwiches. This bread answers all of those issues splendidly! It's moist, holds together, keeps well in freezer and smells heavenly when toasted. I can't recommend it highly enough.

AWESOME BREAD - Aristocrat Price
This is far and away, the BEST bread I've head since I switched to a "wheat free" diet 2 years ago.It reminds me of the bread my grandmother used to make for my family when I was a young boy.The bread is soft, fresh and very tasty. So good, I would buy it over any mass produced bread available today. With shipping, it cost me about $30 for 2 loaves of bread. OUCH.The price is the only real drawback to buying this on a regular basis.Shipping was fast, the bread was fresh and it was not damaged or crushed.
