I can not speak to improvements in skin or hair, but if nothing else, I'm helping heal my gut.

This particular collagen tea is the best. I have tried other strawberry lemonade collagen teas and they aren't as flavor full. This makes taking my collagen and added vitamins so easy. I do not like taking so many capsule or pill forms. This one dissolves easily and smells amazing as others were left chunky. I use it my hydro jug shaker cup that's insulated and it mixes perfectly. I've already noticed a huge difference in my hair growth as well as my nails. I've struggled with acne my entire life and my skin looks amazing.

The flavor of this collagen peptide is wonderful! I actually had a scoop of my vanilla protein, a few frozen strawberries and a half a kiwi. Pop it in the blender and call it a meal. It is very light and refreshing.
