It's amusing people spend good money for PH UP or DOWN liquid solutions. Which are mostly water. These dissolve instantly and very little is needed, maybe 1/4 teaspoon per two gallons of very hard tap water. It never leaks and never goes bad. I've barely even touched the quantity of it while growing (indoor crops). I've since reverted to RO water which doesn't require large adjustments but I ran (very hard) tap water for a long time and the plants did great while using this product. Also: You need a PH meter to figure this out. You can't guesstimate quantities when it comes to PH.

Your basic pH adjustment chemicals, citric acid & calcium carbonate While you're getting 18 oz of each product, relatively speaking the value is lacking for two simple chemicals. Those two simple chemicals are calcium carbonate and citric acid which for this price you could probably get 5 lb of each, although they wouldn't be n such a nice container.

These pH adjustment powders are easy to use and to implement in to a home garden. All that’s required is to measure the pH of the solution before and after adjustments.
