They have a nice soft texture, not too chewy, and a pleasant flavor. Like a little treat before bed.Puts me to sleep in about 45 minutes. Be sure to be laying down in a dark room ready for bed when they kick in: these won't knock you out where you're standing, but if you're sleep-ready when they hit, I find them extremely effective. Without them I'd just lay awake for ages.

Order these gummies in cool-weather months
Better to order in non-summer months as the gummies can stick together. When I got mine I put them in the fridge and helped with pulling them apart. As far as the taste, I really think they're fine...actually pleasant. I didn't notice the after taste that some reviewers mentioned. Regarding dosage, if it's your first time, start out with a lower dose (i.e., cut it in half or quarters)...the whole gummy was a little too much for me--I slept a little too hard and had some strange dreams. The next few days I tried halves and was fine.
