Sign was everything I expected and more very bright and easy to program hours also comes with all hanging hardware

I have extremely dark tint on my windows and this light shows through easily. Impressive. Note - when I initially programmed the sign, some lights in the Friday row were not working. I started the process to return the sign and get a new one. The sign was left on all weekend at my store and when I came in to work Monday morning, these lights are now working. So - I ended up not returning the item - it fixed itself somehow over the weekend.

Open the box and found there was no remote and no s hooks and chain, like it said it would have. The is also no power supply to power the sign. I found a power supply at my home and plugged it in. The lights came on for the times, but that was it. The days did not light up, nor did the "Open". It never came on. I will be sending this product back. Very disappointed. I was looking for the perfect sign for our business and thought I had found it. I guess I was wrong.

The flashing "open" part is fine, BUT The store hours part gets so hot in the window because it is black that the times flicker a great deal to the point I can't read them. The only way I would recommend this to a friend is if the window faced away from the sun.

Works great. Have it hanging outside in Florida and has been working great for a month now. Very bright and easy to read.

It’s very easy to use. Don’t buy this product if the sun is facing the sign. The sun will heat up the sign to the point where you won’t be able to read the store times and some times you will have to reset it because it’ll reset itself for some reason. I like the way the open sign flash fast but when the sun don’t hit the sign it works good.

The LED Open Sign worked immediately and was easy to program our business hours. Would purchase again.

we received this unit yesterday and I was a little disappointed to see that it only has 24hr time instead of am and pmwhich is my fault for not looking closer. We made it work just fine with the way it was and it looks nice in the window. The worst part is that we were very diligent to get one with a remote which all of our signs have. the issue is we have to be within about four inches of the unit to turn it on and shut it off which makes it useless.
