I’ve been using the Vacuum Steamer and it’s honestly made keeping my clothes looking fresh so much easier. It heats up quickly and I love the suction feature because it really helps smooth everything out without needing to press too hard. If you know how to iron, you'll do it faster and better with a regular iron. If you don't know how to iron, then it's an excellent solution to get most of the wrinkles out. 4 stars as item works reasonably well, but in my opinion it takes time if you want a decent result. It is compact so ok for traveling (but still need a plug). Built seems good quality. Water capacity is ok for 1 full shirt if done with care. I’m returning the item as I know how to iron and I was looking for a quicker/easier solution, but after tried 3 shirts I realized I would have done a better job in half the time with traditional iron. Woks very well. Quick and easy to use. The suction feature was great on broadcloth shirts. On lighter weight shirts, the steam was more than adequate. The only dram back is the water tank size. Had to refill a couple of times for the heavier shirt. Overall loved the product.

I am a big fan of steaming clothes vs ironing them. It is such a time saver and switch this having such a quick heat up time you can steam an item quicker then it would take to set up an ironing board. I am an over packer, but I guess it you weren’t it if you are checking luggage and using a bigger bag it would be good to travel with as well.

I paid $84.99 for this which is an outrageous price for what this is. Positives: 1- The suction is a nice feature which does grab on to your item making it easier to keep contact while steaming. 2- It feels sturdy in my hand. Negatives: 1- Water reservoir is too small. Others commented on this but I did not think it would be an issue, it is an issue. I had to stop and refill steaming 1 item. 2 - How do I set this thing down while steaming if I need both my hands to reposition my garment? My other steamers all stand so I can set them down. I need to either put this on its side or upside down. Neither positions feels secure and it's just a matter of time until this falls from the counter to the floor while using it. 3 - The cost is outrageous for such a small simple handheld appliance. It should cost less than half of what I paid Neutral: I steamed a new sweater to see how it worked. It took me over 11 minutes to steam the packaging wrinkle out of this sweater, needed to refill the water reservoir 1 time. I would like to have done this in half that time without having to refill the water reservoir.

There are a few things in life that really help your life. This is one of them for me. I live in a tiny NYC apartment so a full ironing board is cumbersome. This thing replaces both the iron & the board. Water chamber is small; you basically can do one garment before having to refill - but it does a great job! Heats up fast, easy to use.

Pros: - Has a very hot and constant steam output (while messing around just to test it I got a mild burn withing seconds of it working). - Has a strong vacuum power. - It's light weight. - Easy to use (just follow the included instructions). Cons: - Wastes too much water or doesnt have a great volume capacity. - Some clothes just wont give. Have had trouble with linen or if the clothes have too many wrinkles. Overall: It doesn't replace my traditional iron, but it works and its efficient for a quick refresh in case you need it for a shirt, dress or pant before going out. After testing for a couple of weeks i've settled for using it just to iron the clothes i've already worn if i need to go out again.
