I love this belt it feels very sturdy and well built and it fits nicely I also like the variety of colours and sizes it comes in. The Velcro is well-made and doesn’t feel like it will come off. Used the belt 2-3 times a week for 30 days, get a really good strong tight hold, however stitching coming apart already

...At least that's what I use it for. And I waited until I trained 2 weeks with it before I left this review. PROS - very easy to tighten and loosen - once tight it offers a lot of support - excellent for heavy lifting but also high volume sets - high quality construction CONS - I think I got the a size too big (I am 176cm / 76kg and ordered M) but it's not that bad Overall I love this thing and it's a huge step up from my "traditional" belt.
