If you’ve tried enough pre-workout designed supplements you know the flavor can be all over the place. This product has terrific flavor, especially the Mango Peach. The Gummy flavor isn’t bad either. The energy boost is similar C4 Sport and C4 Ripped. It doesn’t produce the itchy skin and major fall off I experienced with some other brands like Pre-Caged and ESP. It’s not as acidic in your stomach working out either so cardio isn’t a problem. If you are a heavy lifter and love that big spike this may not be for you but got HIIT circuit training it’s great.Only real knock here is the price. It is definitely on the higher end for these products.

Great pre workout! I usually use it for cardio days but works well for lifting also! You can def feel your body heating up! No body shakes and it tastes pretty good!

Hard to find this flavor in-store, so I ordered one from Amazon. Great taste! I prefer it over any of the C4 Sport pre-workouts. This product shows faster results, at least in my case. Price was a little cheaper than in-store too!

So I used this for the first time , it really tastes good and it’s easy to mix... it a little bit sweet but it tastes better than all the preworkouts I’ve had so far .. downside is , I drank it at around 4pm last night , it’s 4pm today and I haven’t been able to sleep ... however it’s an amazing product and it pushes you to work out for long

I think this is a really good pre work out that is great on the vitamins especially the B12. I love it. It helps me hit the gym hard. I definitely recommend this to like 4 friends already lol. It does not give me jitters. It gets me really hyper thats all. Love it and been buying it for 3 years.

Love this stuff. I use it every workout. Gives you the extra push to have a good workout even if you’re not feeling it. Have tried the strawberry lemonade and the peach mango. Both good! Peach mango taste like peach candy - delicious.

I much rather my aminos . This was recommended by my trainer but I’ve been using aminos for a long time and they are better and cheaper

I use to buy this all the time in GNC. They no longer sell it. It’s the only pre workout that actually tastes good and doesn’t give me the jitters. I’m glad I can find it on Amazon
