The included cooling fan can operate using the 3.3V and 5V GPIO pins for a low and high operating speed respectively. After some minor screw tightness adjustments, the fan runs on high in a way that it is much quieter than the fan add-on on the official red and black Raspberry Pi 4 case. Running at near idle for multiple hours, the CPU and GPU temperatures remained at a nominal 26.284C (79.3F) located in a room that was 20.55 C (69.0 F). The case is solidly constructed and includes screw slots on the under side to allow for wall mounting which was an excellent fit for my use case.
