It tastes good, it's easy to prepare and it's decent value.
Great taste, not bad value and very low in calories. I put a little nutritional yeast in and put 80ml more water in to make enough for a mug (without any loss of taste), so very pleased; so much so, that I've bought three more tubs in different flavours. Another big plus, the ingredients listed are vegan. Has the usual 'may contain' butt covering warning because they haven't isolated production (missing a trick there Knorr!).

An excellent way to save time on soup recipes.
I but these every few months. The flavour & texture are great. The salt content is perfect for me. I add my own vegetables to create quick and tasty soups and chowder.

Would like to give five stars. But.
A taste of childhood. I doubt that there's too much nutritional value in the soup but it's not 'junk food' and certainly a pleasure to eat. Also, you could add stuff to it such as reconstituted dried vegetables. The negatives for me begin with trying to get the lid off. It took ten minutes! It doesn't seem to fit neatly afterwards. Some sort of instructions would be useful. The measurements given (in tiny writing) could also be supplemented. There is only an 85g powder to 850ml water given - which produces five servings. With a little trial I've found that 2+ tablespoons of powder to 200 ml of water is fine for a single serving, ready in three minutes.

Tastes So Nice
Arrived quickly and well packaged and I tried it as soon as it came. I wasn't disappointed, its easy to make and it tastes lovely, thick and creamy. I will be buying this again when I've used up this order.

Proper Food , Fast
I helped launch this product, it was a great success,it uses "instant roux" so makes up in a jug with boiling water, add water to mix ,stir vigorously for a few seconds, leave 1 minute,it will be ready to eat .... simply delicious 🤤

Tasty Soup
Tasty soup. Best cooked for a few minutes before eating. But you can pour hot water on it but the veg is not very soft, Still very yummy tho!

Easy to use if you ignore what it says on the tin!
I enjoy this Knorr soup when I use the quantities given below to make a thick soup. I find the Knorr recipe makes soup too thin for my liking. So why do I say easy to use if you ignore what it says on the tin? Because with the instructions given this is not something suitable for someone to take to a place of work, as they expect people to use a cooker and saucepan to prepare this. I do not know many work places that provide this. However many work places do provide a kettle and microwave which is really all that is needed.Their instructions are also for a family quantity of soup (850ml) so calculations need to be done in order to make sufficient for 1 or 2. So here is my simple solution, I suggest 300mls is a reasonable portion size for most people and will fit in a bowl or large mug. I use a microwave mug to make this as the fitted top with steam release valve prevents the soup bubbling over in the microwave.Making soup for 1 person.Into a mug or bowl place 30g of powder for a thin soup (10g/100ml water) or 45g powder (15g/100ml water) for a thick soup. This can be measured prior to going to work and placed in the microwave mug.Measure 300ml of water, put in a kettle and boil.Pour hot water over the powder and mix using a fork or whisk. In an 800w microwave heat for 60 secs at full power, remove, mix or whisk to remove any remaining lumps and then heat for a further 45 seconds in the microwave. Reduce time by 10-15 secs in a 900w microwave. Now eat the soup 🥣Value for money? You decide. If you use 30g powder to make 300 ml off the thinner soup, cost is 44p per mug.If you use 45g to make the 300ml of the thicker soup, cost is 66p per mug. As I can buy a tin of soup for 50p I find this more expensive, however it takes much less space to store the powder than the 9 cans required to replace it. It is also much lighter to carry.
