Low quality, missing item
This is a low quality product. The small inflatable ball’s plastic stopper to hold the air in won’t even stay in the whole. It shoots out across the room from the pressure of the air trying to get out, or from actually using (squeezing) it if you under fill the ball. I didn’t get a tote bag with my order, and it didn’t even come in a box - just all the loose items thrown in a shipping bag. The resistance bands are very thin. The ring seems ok. There are no instructions on how to use anything other than 3 or 4 images with Chinese instructions for the ring. Nor are there suggested exercises for any of the other items.

Save Your Money!!!
I purchased this Pilates ring circle set with high hopes of incorporating it into my workout routine. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.First off, the ball does not hold air well—it just won't stay firm, which makes it ineffective for workouts. Additionally, the quality of the bands are subpar; they hurt my skin during use. Some of the other items included in the box are of such poor quality that they don’t function as intended.Regrettably, I would have returned this product if I had opened it in time. So, if you’re somewhat motivated but unsure if you’ll use it before the return period ends, I strongly advise against purchasing this product. Save your money!
