This is my second bottle of these, I hope Hydroxycut keeps making this product forever. It has helped me lose 25lbs! Keep in mind, it *helped* me, it didn’t lose the weight for me. I still have to eat correctly and diet and work out, drink TONS of water, etc. I feel these are best when taken exactly as the bottle says, with tons of water about a half hour before you eat. I can’t quite describe what they feel like other than I think they taste good, and after I take them I don’t feel the need to snack or overeat like I used to. It TRULY has helped curb my appetite when I use them as directed on the bottle. I use them 1-2 times a day as I only eat that much, I can’t eat during the day at work (long story and personal problem). It has never affected me, doesn’t cause me to gain or lose. What causes me to gain is overeating at night when I am super stressed. That happens a lot more than it should. These help me not be nearly as snacky feeling or hungry overall and I get a little rev and pick-me-up feeling without any caffeination. I can still go to sleep when it is time to, no problems even if I take these at night. The key is drinking a ton of water with this and doing normal diet/exercise. This has been an incredible tool that has bridged the gap between dieting/suffering and healthy lifestyle/satisfaction. Yes, I consider it dieting but I know I am changing my habits and these are helping me to have the willpower I’ve never had on my own.

I've been using Hydroxycut Stimulant Free for several years now. I had spinal surgery and my mobility was great so I couldn't lose weight. There are 15 vitamins & minerals I need in my diet, and after taking my dose twice daily, I wait 30 minutes before eating and I don't pig out on food. The gummies come in different fruit flavors you suck on, not chew. The fruit has a fat burning ingredient that helps me slowly lose weight. Since Jan2022 I've lost 30# . The gummies have no apple cider vinegar in them. Before I took these I lost 25# from physical therapy for 12 weeks but I was more mobile then. So far in 3 years I've lost 60# total slowly and watched my diet. I highly recommend the gummies that are stimulant Free and follow a doctor's recommendation on a healthy diet. I'm on a renal diet & my nephrologist recommended Hydroxycut Stimulant Free. So did my Orthopedic doctor.

The gummies looked okay, tasted fine. I took three an hour before breakfast per the instructions and it seemed to be working. But the second dose I took made me feel so light-headed I thought I was going to pass out. Luckily I was at home and didn't need to drive anywhere. At this point, I wasn't sure if it was the gummies. But this was the only thing I had done differently. Thinking maybe the dosage was too high, the next morning I only took one. Again I felt dizzy and weak. Later I dumped out the bottle on the counter and found all the wet slime all the other reviewers complained about. If you thought this was going to give you loads of energy think again. They basically ruin your whole day by making you too sleepy to do anything. I guess that's how people lost weight. It makes you too tired to walk to the fridge, let alone cook a meal.

I've lost about 3-4 lbs and I've been taking these for two months but only taking one or two a day, I didn't take the recommended dosage because I thought it might overwhelm my system and it'd also be expensive to go through bottles so quickly. I haven't changed my diet or exercise since starting to take them so the weight loss could be a coincidence but I would say the Hydroxycut has something to do with it. I haven't experienced too many adverse side effects. After taking them I'll feel a little bit jittery like when I'm caffeinated but it's not too bad, I can also feel hot/feverish after, and noticed that sometimes after dinner I'd feel really cold whereas normally I'd be warm. It does give you a boost of energy for a while and I'd say it suppresses your appetite a bit so you end up snacking less during the day. I found that I felt less tired at the end of the night. The taste is okay, a little too sweet for my liking but perfectly edible. The gummies are REALLY sticky, they all stick to each other and it's very hard to get them out of the bottle, you basically have to prod them out with a fork or something. I think they were worth the money, but maybe only if you keep to a lower dose like me so you don't run out so fast. I didn't see dramatic results but as I said I've only taken 1-2 per day, I imagine if you took more you might see more dramatic weight loss but might get more intense side effects. I did see what I consider significant weight loss since I basically didn't change my routine at all and still lost a little weight, plus I only ever fluctuate between 95 to 105 lbs so 3 or 4 lbs is significant for me. Overall it just seems to suppress your appetite a little bit and gives you a little more energy. I will probably continue to take them and get more when I run out but will not be taking 3 gummies twice a day like the directions say.

**Update- I have bow completed 2 bottles and along with my workout and eating right, i do believe this helped me lose weight and suppress my appetite. The only downside is I decided to stop now after 2 bottles honestly just because I'm over the tatste, which isnt bad, it just ran its course and Im over it. So in the couple weeks since I stopped, Ive developed a couple of nasty pimples! For background I never dealt with acne in my 30 some odd years except when I stop taking these and when I stopped taking some supplements with Biotin I think it was. It was only 4 pimples but for someone who doesnt deal with acne, it was a horror! Other than that, I was pleased with the product. I just got these 2 hours ago so I'll update this review on how effective they are after I finish a bottle, but I wanted to post now in case someone was not willing to give them a try based off the putrid smell. As probably everyone who has ever purchased these, I was immediately turned off when I opened the package. First, it smelled like the rotting soul of an evil whore from 1562. Then when I looked at them, they were sticky and slimy and just looked & smelled extremely unappealing. I was about to just send them back, but I ran up to Target (which I was going to do to begin with, but these had same day shipping available so I chose laziness) and bought a bottle for comparison. I double checked both expiration dates and they were both December of 23. The Target pack smelled and looked exactly like the Amazon pack HOWEVER the Target pack was $2 cheaper ($19.99). The smell was so disgusting but I reluctlantly decided to give them a try before initiating any returns. To my surprise, the taste was actually better than my multivitamin gummies and not 1/2 bad! I'm going to give them an honest try and see what happens. Currently I restrict calories to probably no more than 1800/day (I dont count, I just mostly eat fruits, veggies, meats, cheese and salads 2-3xs a day, only drink water and protein shakes, fast food maybe 1x a week as the only meal that day and a sweet snack 5xs a week) and I do weight training 6 days a week. In case it matters, I am a woman, age 34, 5'3 no idea on weight but I wear an 11 in fashion nova jeans and a medium shirt if that helps.

It seems to work for me.

They work Ok I lost about 4lbs, it says 10lbs a month but that's with water and plenty of walking exercise, however if you're lazy like me and don't want to diet or exercise you'll lose about 4-5lbs, because of the loss of appetite and diarrhea. There are minimal side effects with these gummies, headache, nausea, diarrhea, slight dizziness and slight bloating, but that's only if you're super physically sensitive like me

Most of the gummies were stuck together and they taste disgusting. I think they work but were making me feel weird so I stopped taking them.
