Sitting for more than 30 minutes would cause lots of pain in my back and left hip. I was introduced to this product by a friend, so decided to buy this product to try it out as the price is quite reasonable. I used it immediately for my last long driving trip (5 hours on the first day, then 10 hours of driving a round on the next day). I was extremely happy with the fact that my lower back was not in pain at all as it has alway been when I sit longer than 30 minutes. My left hip was also surprisingly good, just a little bit uncomfortable at the end of the day after almost 12 hours sitting in the car and on the ferry. I usually have to move around and do lots of exercise while sitting in the car which still didn’t help much. I have used this product for a week now and very happy with it. I wish I could know of this product long time before. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone who have to sit for a long time at a desk or in the car, even you don’t have a chronic back pain as me to prevent it happens.
