Sleek, High Tech, High Quality & Simple to Use
It was exciting to receive my tag in the mail. The ReboundTAG product is sleek, high-quality and simple to use. I really liked the sturdy ring to attach to my luggage too. Looking at the tag, you notice the RFID and NFC technologies off the bat, and the back includes a QR code and simple instructions if someone finds the bag. My tag arrived promptly (next-day), in beautiful packaging. I think what I love the most though, is knowing that ReboundTAG gives you 24/7 support to actively search for my bag if it ends up getting lost. Worthy!
My sister has a tag and recommends using it for travel. I like that the tag comes with a metal cable to attach and the tag is very durable.

Quality strong product
Great product in very nice packaging. I was pleased with how easy the registration was. The tag is very tough with a strong metal tag. I believe if it did break or was damaged it would get replaced by Rebound tag. The tags will be great holiday and Birthday presents.

Zero Customer Service
I purchased two of these tags for my bags. Once I registered them, I used a separate device to test the tags. I never received an email or text message saying that someone found my bag. I tried multiple times and with multiple devices and still received neither a text or email. Before returning the tags I emailed the company, someone replied and said that it was strange and mentioned they would like to call and talk with me to help resolve my issue. We sent a few more emails back and forth but no one ever called and no one ever solved my issue. Consequently, I returned the tags.

Extra peace of mind
This was received 3 days after ordering. The online registration was quick and simple. We put it on my husband’s flight bag until we need it for luggage. The extra peace of mind will be awesome!

Problem with tags!
Found a problem! If you buy more than one tag? You can't assign different itineraries to each tag! In other words, if you're going south on Tuesday and your spouse is traveling north on Wednesday, both tags record the itinerary and details for the traveler that initially registered the tags on the website! You can't assign different destinations to individual tags! Bummer!

Through someone I know I was able to hear about how well luggage was recovered on a couple international flights. Very reassuring having someone to help if I ever lose my luggage!
