I absolutely love this primer. I tried it on a whim because I want matte makeup, but have drier skin. This product made perfect sense. I paired it with the Huda Easy Blur foundation and One Size Turn Up The Butta concealer, and the powder I used was Kim Chi Chic Puff Puff Pass. The combo of all that made for an airbrushed look. Make sure to hydrate well underneath, but your makeup will look fantastic. It’s really, really grippy and blurs pores decently well. The tube is fairly large for the price, but it does take more than you’d expect to spread on your skin. Again, moisturize prior! All in all, I didn’t expect to love this product like I do but I DO.

I absolutely love this product. I thought my face would be shinny but nope ! This product makes the skin sticky so the foundation and all the products that gets applied stay on. There’s no fading or sweating. It’s great for oily skin as well

My first time using this primer, I tested the product's "tackiness and ability to hold makeup." Well, it works as described. It took time to trial a best method for the best results. After my moisturizer dries, I finger tap a thin layer of primer under eyes or elsewhere. Let primer dry! Continue with a concealer or other makeup. It's necessary to trial one's makeup for best results. Too much makeup over this primer and not letting it dry gives poor results.

Performs as well as traditional power grip primer. Only complaint is some pilling with the use of sunscreen. Could be user error so won’t hold it against the product. ELF remains top tier affordable makeup.

Didn't work for me. Wasn't mattifying, didn't grip my make up. It actually made my make up cake up after about 2-3hrs.

I am 77 years old and this was my first time using primer. This stuff is great!!! Makes your make up go on smooth and stay there. Will NEVER be without this, have gotten many compliments.
