The phone was cheap enough and looked fine for calls and texting. The phone broke after 8 weeks the charging hole caved in and the charger point wouldnt go in. I definately did not use to much pressure it is just a badly made phone. The screen scratched after a week and felt cheap/plastic. I would not buy a Nokia again the quality has dropped alot-I think they are being made in India now?
