If I could give this a less than 1 star review I would. It did not last nearly the distance the listing said it would. It was missing a bolt on arrival. The tension chain broke the second time it was used. I have tried requesting a return, have not received anything in reply. Can't even file a claim through the Amazon app.So not worth the money.

With issues but quick remedy
Within 2 weeks the derailer FELL OFF in a way that is unrepairable. We aren't talking about loose mounting bolts or anything like that, the derailer mechanism itself fell apart. Shoddy quality control ( or lack thereof). You should expect better quality than that for an 800 dollar e bike (total cost with shipping). Makes me worry what else on this bike is going to fail..... Been in touch with EMOKO customer service, will update with results when this ordeal is concluded.UPDATE:Been in touch with EMOKO customer service, they responded within days (happened on Friday they responded on Monday) and are sending me a new Shimano derailleur as opposed to the off brand the bike came with as well as a phone mount for the trouble. With that, the issue will be resolved satisfactorily. Aside from this issue the e-bike has performed very well and shows no signs of further issues at this time with a little over 200 miles on the odometer.
