I am in my 40s. I started noticing more and more hair going down the drain during my shower time. I was cleaning a weekly wookie out of the drain. I found these and figured it couldn't hurt.I noticed the difference within the first 2 weeks. I had far less hair loss in the shower. I couldn't believe it. Now, I have always had very fine hair, I don't expect that to change, but my hair just feels like it is filling in more. I used to panic and almost cry when I would see the part on my scalp, it looked like it was getting huge (probably more psychological than anything), but that area has filled in, and my eyes are immediately drawn to it anymore. I have only been using these for a little over a month now, so I can't wait to keep using them and hope for continued growth and improvement. My coworker has even started using these as well.

Omg I can’t live without this. Last year a pituitary tumor caused me to lose a LOT of hair, mostly around my hairline and center part but I also had literal bald spots on the back of my head. I was ***devastated***.I’m only on my second box (of 180 tablets) so I’ve been taking these for about 6 months now and I’ve had incredible results. I started noticing an improvement after only about 6 weeks of taking them. My first picture is from February 2025, the second photo is from May 2025 and the third is from August 2025.I also use fermented rice water spray with caffeine, and some other oral vitamins but I believe these have been the most major contributor to why my hair stopped falling out and then grew back amazingly fast. I’m 38 and at the start of 2025, I became extremely ill and lost 40 lbs because I couldn’t hold anything down. Once I started to feel a little better, I realized my hair was falling out in clumps. I had a panic attack and then once in the shower, washing my hair, I almost lost it. The amount of hair falling out was scary. I did my Google University education and read all kinds of reasons and cures for hair loss. NIH did a study on Viviscal and a majority of the women in the study saw positive effects from the supplement. I’ve been taking it twice a day for 3 weeks… and I know people are going to rag on me but I swear I can see and feel tiny baby hairs near my hair line in the front. I can’t wait to finish 3 months and I’ll post pics of before and after.

I don’t really have thinning hair so I didn’tbuy it for that reason. I do have a habit ofcutting my hair too short and then growing it out and cutting it short and growing it out on a repeating cycle. I bought this to see if it would make my hair grow any faster. It didn’t. HOWEVER, my eyelashes have never been so long and I think my thin eyebrows have slightly recovered from their years of abuse in the 2000s and are filling in a bit. So I’m going to assume that if thinning hair WAS a problem for me, this might help. Won’t speed up growth, but really nothing will, so can’t fault them there. 4 stars because it’s more money than I want to pay :D

This isn’t a magic pill … regrowing hair takes time. I have been using this product since December 2024. August 2025 and I’m noticing huge results .. new growth all over and very noticeable at the temples and back of my neck (so many baby curls)! My all over growth is about 4-5 inches now. I get my hair cut (small trim) every 6-8 weeks and my hair dresser shows me the undergrowth every time (using a hair dryer on the opposite direction of the hair to separate the new growth). I definitely recommend this product keeping patience in mind. I haven’t noticed any stomach upset.

Hi 👋 I purchased this product because of the wonderful reviews and after taking 1 of the two sheets in my box, this is my honest review.I had a spot in the middle of my head where my hair broke off, was shedding I don't know 😕 I was bleaching my hair alot and coloring for about a year so maybe it caused breakage but all I know is the spot kept getting bigger so, I came to Amazon and after reading reviews for several hair growth vitamins, I decided to try these.They are no bigger than a pain killer so taking them is easy enough, no smell or after taste so I started with 1 tablet a day, usually after dinner.I was not consistent so after the 2nd week I decided to buckle down and take the 2 pills as directed.My patch in the middle of my head is not pre balding anymore, my hair has grown into the spot. Not all the way YET, but I know it is working for me, from just one sheet of my packet and me not being consistent with it.So my dilemma is this, a few weeks ago I started itching like crazy, about 3-4 hours after dinner, and I did not connect it to the pills. So I stopped taking them for a week (4 left) from first sheet and the itching started to subside. So I was thinking maybe there is a review that mentions itching, to the point where you want to rip your skin off especially (ALL) over, which last for about 2 hours straight. But I didn't see any reviews 😱So this week I finished up the last 4 in the first sheet and have the second sheet to finish, but as I sit here I am still itchy.On top of that I've broken out in acne around my jaw line, and my entire face and neck have hives, lastly my joints hurt terribly bad.So I am going to give my system a break from these pills, because everything itches and I mean everything 🙃 after a month I would take the pills on the second sheet, but after that I doubt I would reorder these. I would stop bleaching my hair and hopefully it would continue to grow back.Including photos from Feb 15th 2024 to March 30th 2024. The photo with the braids pulled back is how I am wearing my hair to hide the spot that's not so large anymore.For those with no adverse reaction, good for you, because it would be a great product for me if I wasn't having a bad reaction. And yes my hair has grown about 2 inches overall 🤪
