Have POTS, not enough salt to help that but does help with dehydration and the crazy weather is showing how well these work. Taste isn't bad either!

I’ve taken many supplements over the course of 15 years with electrolytes being one of the supplements rotated in my regiment the most. Between high sugar, terrible flavors, and low ingredient amounts (creating gaps in a full electrolyte supplement), I gave up on finding a brand that met the mark across the board. I stumbled across hydrofy at the fit expo and after sampling their products and then buying more product, I can authentically say that they meet the mark. The added hydrogen was something I didn’t really think or care much about to be honest but the way it makes you feel through lifting, cardio or regular tasks I can tell you it sets it apart from the rest of the popular brands like LMNT that I had frequently used. The cherry on top for me and is the reason my lazy ass is actually taking the time to write a review is because the owners are genuinely kind and solid people (having met and talked to them at the first expo). The people and the product are a rare combo and will continue to have my business. I highly recommend giving them a try (the raspberry flavor I could drink until I got a kidney stone if I didn’t have self control, its the best flavor).

My spouse does not enjoy the flavor of any of them at all, I don’t think that they are anything special, but they are tolerable, but I haven’t felt any difference, even after taking it daily.

Hydrofy sets themselves drastically aside from other electrolyte products. The effectiveness of the molecular hydrogen is incredible, no more physical or mental brain fog after stimulus. They dissolve extremely fast, and comparatively speaking, the deliver more bang for your buck.

I really wanted to like these. They taste very tart to me. I even tried a half of packet and it’s still bad. I don’t think I can drink anymore of these. I feel like I wasted my money. Disappointing! 😫
