Emile Henry Flame Top 14.5" Pizza Stone, Burgundy Red

I bought this for my wife because she is a fabulous pizza maker . Her first pizza stone finally cracked after many years of use . The reviews were great for this item so I bought it and we’re glad we did. I definitely recommend this product.

I’ve used this pan several times now for frozen pizza and it makes them perfect! I let the pizza thaw for 10 mins and leave the pan in the oven while preheating so that it warms as well, and that has worked well every time. The red color is really nice and it’s easy to clean and sturdy.

It's hard to imagine how a pizza stone could be much better than this.

Tried this item at a friends house, and our home made pizza tastesd like it came right out of a brick oven. It gets very hot so toppings cook thoroughly and amazingly the crust does not burn, not did cheese stick to the stone. I can't wait to try it on my outside grill! Beautiful, useful and quality product!

They put a 4" round sticker right in the middle. It does not remove easily and leaves glue behind.

I purchased the Emile Henry Pizza Stone to make pizza outside on my grill. In Florida, the summers are very hot and the last thing I want to do is heat my house up making pizza.! The Emile Henry Pizza Stone, after being heated for a bout an hour made delicious homemade pizza! The Emile Henry Pizza Stone was easy to clean too! The Emile Henry Pizza Stone is well worth the money to keep your electric bill down in the summer time!

First, the delivery was within four hours of order, thanks to a nearby "Sur La Table." Addressed the large label on top with some trepidation since many people complained about how difficult it was to remove. Not at all. Just carefully tease up a little bit of the edge of the label and slowly, gently peel it off. It's not paper so it won't tear easily. Some adhesive remains but no problem. Put on a little vegetable oil and use a paper towel to vigorously work it around in a circular motion. Gradually the glue will come off as the oil releases the adhesive. It took about five minutes to remove all the adhesive but the result is perfect. The little inspection label on the bottom pulled right off. I think this is the start of a beautiful friendship!

I have purchased a few of these over the years. Pizza is my favorite, I make one a week. Because of the high heat, the stone builds up black stuff over time. No pizza stone is immune from this. The ceramic coating on this stone is the easiest to clean of them all. After a couple of hundred uses, I usually just get a new one. This will always be my favorite.
