What really impressed me though is the video walkthrough that comes with it — it’s very clear, easy to follow, and actually shows you how to get the most out of the drills. After just a few practice sessions, I can already feel a real improvement in my swing. It forces you to focus on your movement and shows exactly where you are going wrong. Definitely not just another golf gimmick — this is a genuinely useful piece of kit. Highly recommended for golfers at any level!

This is a brilliant training aid for anyone serious about improving their golf swing. The quality of the setup is great, it feels really solid and well thought out. Does what it says on the tin, helps you understand where you're going wrong with your swing and helps you rectiify it. Sturdy piece of kit and very easy to set up for the bands . Portable, easy to use gets your arms and elbows into the correct position. Perfect for pre round warm up !
