These things definitely do not taste good, but they seem to work. I seem to have more energy at the gym and if they are helping me achieve Ketosis faster during my fast that is a huge win in my book. I think this product is terrible. I bought a case and shared it with my team during intense work days doing physical labor. Besides tasting absolutely terrible, no one could detect any benefits. I have taken them myself a number of times during afternoon work pushes only to find myself yawning and desiring a cup of coffee, which costs far less and tastes better than this urea flavored shot. What really gets me though is the card that came in the box that says to contact the company directly if you’re not satisfied with the product. The phone number is bogus, trying to sell me crap and give me a “life alert necklace” for free to call emergency in case I fall and can’t get up? WTF? I emailed them with no reply. I can’t return it to Amazon because it’s a food product but now I have a bunch of plastic trash and my staff won’t touch it again. Don’t buy into this snake oil.

great for energy boosting without caffeine although they do have one that has caffeine as well. love it during intermittent fasting for unwanted hunger. Taste is tolerable I just slam it down and move on! a little expensive for us but we cut sown in other places I have been using this product for the past 5 years.
