I have about 7 Bach flower essences and they provide me with relief from whatever I'm dealing with--usually impatience, nervous tension kinds of matters. I just put a drop under my tongue (since I'm too impatient to add to some water!) and I even love the taste. Figure out which ones address your issue(s) and I'm confident you'll find relief.

Bach flower essences are primo and powerful. Great for making specific blends. They really do release the emotions that you stuff deep inside. Emotions that causes ailments when not addressed, like anxiety. If you are just starting out using flower essences this brand is the best to use.

I have just discovered Bach Flower Remedies and I feel like they are helping me already. I made my own remedy using 5 of the Bach flowers and preserved it in some Brandy with some distilled water. That way I can take all five throughout the day at one time. If you are into homeopathic remedies then you may benefit from the Bach Flower remedies.

I have been using these daily for awhile now. The effect is very subtle but super powerful. I have much less irritability with loved ones when I'm tired, stress, or whatever. It took me awhile to notice because it happens so smoothly, but all of the sudden I realize I am handling certain situations much better than I had before. Definitely recommend!
