I was so disappointed when we got this chair put everything together. Plugged it in the monitor will not come on. Does not work. The first time we contacted Amazon customer service they gave us instructions to print out a label, put it in the box, put one outside the box and put it on the front porch and they'll pick it up. Two weeks went by. Nobody has picked it up. Second time we called spoke with a Spanish lady. She said they gave the wrong instructions. She asked us if they told us we had to fill out a questionnaire, I said no, then she said we had to fill out the questionnaire and that the chair was not returnable. But we would be getting our money back. After we filled out the questionnaire. I filled out the questionnaire and is still have yet to receive my money back and I have a chair here that does not work! Was for my wife's birthday! Can you imagine how I felt when I gave her something that didn't even work ?!

I'm sitting in this chair right now at my chiropractor office, I love it. I'm going to order one for home.

Works Wonderful

I’m not sure if it’s the lack of padding or what but the rollers are sometimes intense on areas of the back even with the intensity level at low. It’s not as heavy as you would think the setup was very easy Bluetooth compatibility is great.
