I love this burger press! Perfect size for an 8" frying pan, and perfect weight to keep burgers from curling up while they cook. I haven't done smash burgers yet, but I'm sure it will work great for that as well. The handle is awesome! Good grip, easy to hold, feels good in your hand and doesn't get hot. Easy to wash and not hassles like with cast iron. Which I just can't stand the smell of cast iron, which is why I ordered this stainless-steel press - no odor and no need to season it over and over. I do put bacon grease on it just before I set it on a burger, otherwise it sticks. I also heat it the same time I heat my pan, works great that way. Packaged extremely well, so it arrives in perfect condition. I was impressed by the high quality to the packaging and then by the high quality of the actual product. Will buy again - would make a great gift.

This top tier burger smasher is great for smashburgers! I make smashburgers on the blackstone and this thing's weight and build quality truly impress.. Incredibly sturdy and excellent design with the thumb space functionality to press patties evenly and easily. I've blaced this thing right on top of the cooktop and it manages the heat level like it's meant for it. Excellent item
