In my working life I had access to the cutting edge of test equipment technology, now that I’m retired my needs are more pedestrian but the TinySA easily meets these needs with features to spare. As well as displaying signals I’ve been able to determine their modulation and accurate keying speeds using squaring techniques and AM/FM detection methods with this analyser. The hardware and software developers need to be congratulated for creating this exceptional tool. The Windows software that can be downloaded is not the best, and is not especially intuitive to use : I found that setting up signal parameters is often just as easy using the touchscreen on the device itself.
