I LOVE the scent of this cleansing oil! It's so fresh and herbal in the best way. I feel like I'm in a spa when I use it. it's so comforting, takes off ALL of my makeup, comforts my very sensitive skin, and is great quality and value for money. Hands down my favorite cleansing oil at the moment because of how it leaves my skin supple, soft, and clean.

I absolutely LOVE this cleanser. Blackheads rub out easily and my pores are less visible. I use this at night, removes make up and I use it with a gua sha tool to both help with blackhead removal and tightening my skin. Add a few drops of water and it emulsifies and rinses off like a dream. My skin is tight afterwards, but a little retinol (cause I'm not aging without a fight) and a night cream/moisturiser and Bob's your uncle. My skin is noticeably clearer and glows. I'm 45, and the sensitive one is perfection for combination skin 👌

Does a great job as a cleanser and makeup remover. Leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated. Not too thick or oily, and has a lovely scent. Great value when on offer

I want to prefix this by saying that I bought the oil cleanser the foam cleanser the toner the daily moisturiser the hyaluronic acid serum and the niacinamide serum. I haven't looked after my skin for a long time. It was dry, dull, visible pores and bumps and an uneven skin tone. I used the whole system once and my skin was INSTANTLY revived. Smoother brighter, pores reduced, dry skin gone. My face has a visible glow and feels so clean. After ONE use! No tingling or burning at all, very mild scent. I have no doubt that continued yse will improve my skin no end. My skin tone even looks better

I bought this seeing the ‘good’ (paid) reviews on TikTok. I was told it would help my acne prone skin and that the only reason people were breaking out was because they didn’t double cleanse properly. I made sure to follow everything to perfection, double cleanse properly, and my skin has been SO BAD since. I’ve broken out all over my face in places I’ve never done so before, I’ve got cystic acne growing badly under my skin, my skin feels awful and painful. I’ve heard lots of people react badly to heartleaf, but either way unless you want to trial and error for your own skin be prepared for potentially the worst breakout ever.

It blends perfectly with the foaming cleanser.

Feels lovely and really helps cleaning your pores. Although don't think my skin can handle it for every day use. Several breakout started to appear but i'm unsure if was this alone as i started to use other korean skincare products at the same time

Wonderful Facewash.

My skin type is normal-oily and I get frequent white head breakouts and usually have blackheads on my nose. I wear makeup daily. THIS CLEANSER IS MY RIDE OR DIE. It completely melts away my makeup first cleanse, but I do it twice just to make sure. It has an oily consistency and then when mixed with water it becomes milky. My skin feels clean but not in a dry right way, like how my skin should ACTUALLY feel after a cleanse. Absolutely recommend to anyone, have never had a bad reaction from it. Even when my skin is super irritated or has an open wound. If you’re not sure on what to buy for a cleanser, try this out for sure
